  Best place to train in any martial art form.
  Billy and Simone are absolutely fantastic, friendly and knowledgeable. I'd never train anywhere else.

  Fantastic Training and Support!!
  Simonne and Billy run Energym with an extreme focus on customer support towards your goals whether it be weightloss, martial arts or keeping your fitness up. Energym has the professional experience and heart to get you to the health goals you want to achieve. Energym also runs martial arts classes for kids that can help them with self defence, confidence and being part of a healthy group environment.

  Excellent gym has a good atmosphere, all equipment you could need along with cardio room, and a non pretentious vibe where everybody can train comfortably to the fullest potential, Billy & Simone have created a very good set up.

  This gym is run by two very dedicated and professional individuals who are very knowledgeable in sports nutrition, martial arts, gym work and fitness. The kids martial arts courses are fantastic - they emphasis things like discipline, anti-bullying, doing homework etc. But this gym is a serious martial arts academy infarct one of the best in Australia. As for the gym, its not the flashiest around but there is so much equipment that is purpose built it would be very hard not to find the piece of gym equipment you need. Serious bodybuilders and seniors groups frequent the gym. Personal trainers and to top it off they also have a fully qualified university grad psychologist working there full time - really i have never seen a gym with so much to offer. I have gone to many gyms in my life and this one is the best by far. I cant recommend it highly enough
