well I had a 10 day free pass without any astrix or conditions listed on it. I get to the front desk wanting to do the 1745 salt therapy session and the young brunette says take a seat (1720 hours), 1730 hours I go up to the desk and reiterate that I'm here for the 1745 hours salt therapy session. Girl comes and says since your friend is a premium member you have to pay$15 per session. False advertising much! Dont issue 10 day free passes if you have no intention of honouring it. I did mention that most institutions offer a 3 day trial prior to signing up but it was insisted upon that I have to sign up first. I took exception of this. who signs up before trying it out. poor customer service and generally poor service overall. I will contact the ACCC and see what my consumer rights are about this. A very dissatisfied customer!

I’ve been to many gyms over the years and can say by far the core is the most well equipped and has the best service of them all. The service team, the facilities, environment and location of these gyms is just amazing highly highly reccomend core!

First visit to CORE24 today after a break of several years. Facilities are fantastic and I can't wait to try them all out. Introductory tour was well organised and we were made so welcome.

Without a doubt Core24 Frankston is the best equipped and supported health club in South East Melbourne! ..it has the most programs, sessions and superior facilities as well as the best value for money.

I have been a member at core for over 5 years! The staff have always been helpful and approachable whenever I've needed! Core caters to all my needs whether I go for a cardio, heavy weights or sauna session - they have a huge variety of equipment and machines. Love this place!

Do not use these people; the facilities are good, customer service very poor They are the worst that I have come across, It all started with the so-called 24-hour access. I continually had issues trying to get into the gym this was at 9:00 pm.
I informed them, and they gave me a code that worked sometimes. So I had to change my workout time to a time that did not suit. I left the gym due to this. (Breach of contract). They then sent debt collectors who told me to contact the gym. I did this on three occasions, and each time I was told that an email was sent to the manager but no Manager called but no one would return my call. So I told this to their agency. Low and behold a copy of the agreement turned up via the agency. I agreed to pay their so-called exit fee due to leaving but not the untold amount of extras they wanted to charge, core would not agree to this. I have sufficient evidence that what was promised did not equate. I was not going t put up a review as I thought this would have been sorted out by now. I will post on here the ongoing saga with Core24 Frankston and their Debt collectors. Unlike core24 I am contactable and return calls.response / report this review -

voicemail claims open at 8am sunday. 10am still no answer. went in and had the worst customer service experience ever!!! This gym will collapse in a heap when Derrimut 24/7 open another gym in the SE

I had the pleasure of having Kim as my therapist for a one hour massage plus eyebrow and lash tint. She was very professional and delivered a wonderful service. I would highly recommend.

I go to this gym for the classes and pool access. I wasn't informed that the price increase would happen when it did, only to find it was due to the InfraRed yoga studio and 'Salt Therapy' rooms (yay, pseudoscience!) and reformer beds - which I assume only a small percentage of members will benefit from. So now I am barred from classes because I refuse to pay more despite having a contract that stipulates original pricing inclusive of unlimited access to classes. Poor service. Average facilities. The pool is great itself but needs to have 24 hour access as well - I work/study mostly during the open hours and there are often seniors/children's classes taking up the lanes or people just bobbing up and down when I am actually able to access it.
