These people pulled me out of a personal hell.. I have issues dealing with strangers … but they quickly gained my trust and have made me feel like I can actually achieve a life worth living. You’re never truly alone when you have elevate on your side.
ElevateSupport Care stepped up to help my son and I, when our options were very limited. From the beginning the communication was second to none, and no nonsense. I found Elevate Support Care went above and beyond with the level of care they provided my son, who has schizophrenia and some very challenging behaviour as well. There hasn’t been a single time that I couldn’t get support, even for myself when I needed it, I was kept updated on a daily basis, and at times 3-4 times a day if required. The thing I loved the most was their openness and their approachability and ability to adapt to ever changing circumstances. It is obvious that this company values and respects its participants and their carers above all else. If an employee doesn’t live up to this standard, elevate doesn’t hesitate to let them go, and I have witnessed this for myself. They want to give the best services possible to enhance the lives of participants. I would recommend them to anyone, and as I did recommend them to my sister, whose daughter has cerebral palsy and changed over to elevate after a two weekend stent in respite. She loved it there and has never had so much support and care from her previous provider. We are extremely happy and that is why I have given them 5 stars.
Working with Elevate Support Care given me an opportunity to step up to a higher ground. If you are on the fence I highly recommend to give these guys a go! You can't go wrong.
I went on a respite with elevate loved it I have absolutely no complaints and in a heartbeat would choose to do it again. We had an amazing time on the farm and seeing animal farms
