We had the worst experience of our life with this company. Our commercial fridge was not maintaning the temperature but was still working. We called this company. The guy who came to look at it, instead of giving us a quote on what needs to be done, started doing something; spent 30mins and told us the fridge is not working anymore, gave a list of 6,7 parts to be replaced. The fridge which was working before the guy came stopped working. They did not leave us with any choice to agree to the quote as we needed the shop open the next day. The same day, guy worked on the fridge for 2 hrs and told us he will get all the parts next day morning and fix it in 2-3hrs. Guess what the guy took 5-6hrs to fix n we had to close the shop for that day. After 2,3 days they sent us the invoice and another invoice adding more amount in next few days. How credible a company would be if they are ripping off small businesses like us. I wish I never had gone with this company. Do not trust these guys, specially John. They will not show any remorse in snatching your hard earned money.

Adgemis came out and to upgrade our air conditioning system and we are very happy with their installation and recommending what will work for this space. Good service and professional.

No warranty!! Spent $1330 on replacing a TX valve, didn’t work and no warranty. Can only called the other company and did exactly same job for replacing their faulty TX valve cost less than $900.
The parts is Danfoss 068Z3409, Adgemis charged $450(the appearance of the parts look like old and the wrapping box was broken) and other company only charged $280 for same parts and looks brand new.
Usually Greek guys did good job, but this time so disappointed.
It cost us $2200 in total to replace a TX valve. Waste money and time.response / report this review -

our shop front door is open most of the day and the Air Conditioning system suggested for us is perfect for keeping everyone cool in summer and warm in winter. they let me know when service is due and it runs like a dream. pleasure to deal with and I recomend them thanks Adgemis.

Thank you Adgemis Refrigeration and air conditioning. We purchased 2 new Commercial Fridges from them and we are very happy. They helped us in the process of selecting the best option. they took care of installing them and removed the old one. great service and professional. thanks again
