My husband and I weren't happy with the end result of our laminate flooring. Instead of building up the floor in one room to meet the other, they used an ugly transition strip. It's black and stands out, looks awful. They also didn't install the other strip, left it for my husband to do. Instead of using a trim around the edges in some places they said they don't do corking and someone else will need to do it. The whole job seemed rushed and done cheaply.

I just moved to my home and had requested for Danny and his team to install hybrid flooring. As I had huges sectional sofa, it had to be moved to another part of living area so that flooring could be fitted. My sofa was pushed towards window and after paying in full, they left. HUGE MISTAKE on my part. When I moved my sofa to where it originally supposed to be, i noticed a few of the joints not flushed. The ends creased upwards and when it is being stepped on, you can see the gap.

I message Danny with pictures statimg that the guys needed to come back to replace it. This is in November 2020. He reaponded saying due to 2nd lockdown, they have backlog of work. He said he will get back to me - which he did once over the phone and no updates.

I have been accommodating and understanding that sometimes there are not enough manpower. Howerver, after 1 Dec until now 1 March, my texts sent to him were not replied, left on read. Phone calls not answered and simply refuse to call me back.

Really disappointed.

UPDATES 1April - Jessica called me to arrange for repair within the week of this review was originally written. My 4 days holiday was over Christmas and was communicated to avoid those days.

Key here is communications by owner of business which needs improvement and a better process. If you are not the person to handle repairs or complains, a quick response of “Please contact XXXX in future for assistance” to avoid time wasted. It shouldn’t come to a bad review for things to get done.

Poor attention to detail. Floor was not cleaned effectively prior coating of timber floor, leaving a lot of dust and other blemishes showing.

Fantastic service and very reasonable prices.
We recently used Crystal Clear flooring to polish the floors throughout our new house. The team were all incredible helpful as we tried to decide what finish we wanted and if we wanted to stain the floor or not. In the end, we chose a satin finish with no stain and are pleased with the results. The floors look clean and fresh and we have no hesitation in recommending Crystal Clear Timber Floors.
