  The warehouse has huge collections of the materials for all the home needs. The staff are really good and knowledgeable especially Dil was very helpful in choosing the right materials for our house

  I have used GB for two of my properties. First one had minor hiccups, but eventually supply and install was 3/5.
  
  Second time GB took a deposit. Raja ( the owner) came to the property on a weekend 8am “as he was in the vicinity”.
  
  Later GB could not go ahead with the installation due to staff unavailable , now they are not returning the deposit as they claim Raja’s visit was chargeable ( for measuring). GB also could not supply me with measurements they took - the one they claim they charged me for.
  
  Over and above, the fist time I called to discuss, they blocked my number. Very unprofessional
  
  Moral - Do not pay anything in advance. The goods are cheap but management is not reliable.

  We had our floors done with Global Builders and are very happy with the results. Great price. Communication was great. The installers (Carlton) was fantastic. We ended up changed our decision on the floors after putting down a deposit and it was no issue to select the new floors. We will be ordering tiles from this company earlier next year to reno our bathrooms. Highly recommend.
  
  The only thing I would do next time is take the skirts off so the timber floors can be placed under the skirts.

  Sales office were great but when it came to the installation it was a poor experience. Still have pencil markings on the flooring from when they marked it up, Color match isnt great and now the floorboards are popping out - this is even after I paid additional money for the installer to level the surface. As with others, I was promised a few times that the installer would come and fix, but they never did. Sales office is probably the worst customer experience I’ve ever dealt with.

  Poor delivery and return services. While delivery guy couldn't deliver the tile boxes inside the backyard (Garage connected via straight drive-way) as he didn't have proper delivery trolley. While returning incomplete information is rendered and I had to go to store and then instructed me go to warehouse and invoice had wrong address and I couldn't return. I found out correct address in google next day, went straight to the warehouse returned the boxes and again needed to come back to the store to process return payment. And to my surprises, store said 25% restocking fee will be charged instead of 15% which was informed over phone. Overall bad services and would hope if installed Tiles are of good quality
