I go in to this store and purchase items often and the staff are always lovely to me, especially Gabby. Even if she is busy she always answers all my questions and looks after me with a smile on her face. I am always excited to go into the Tweed Heads store as I get excellent customer service

The team here are always happy to see us, their product knowledge is really great. They make my autistic son feel welcome every single time and he loves going there. If they don't have a particular item, they're only too happy to help you get it by ordering.
