Hi all gamers,
The staff member at Launceston ebgames was very rude to me today. He wouldn't replace a controller for my 6 year old son, that was under warranty. I won't shop there anymore. My son was very upset so I took him to 'Cunninghams' to see Bob. Can't wait to the 'Good Guys' come to town.response / report this review -

The cashiers are always so understanding, especially with those that find it hard to speak with people they don't know. They don't rush you or anything and it makes the process a lot less stressful.
