  Very disappointing, a very dear friend passed away and I ordered flowers to go to his wife, who is also a great friend.
  I asked the lady to make a very huge bunch with long stems, and many flowers, I did say I would pay extra, I was at my friends house when the truck turned us to deliver the flowers, I was so excited, when the man opened the van and pulled out the flowers, I said to him who are they from? He mentioned my name, I nearly fainted, how disappointing, iv never in my life sent a small bunch to anyone, let alone my dear friends. I feel we were fooled , I called the florist's more that 10 times to tell them of my distress and no answer, which made it worse.
  Honestly I might as well as got it from woollworths.
  It was the smallest box, and had about 5 flowers.
  I would never recommend anyone get flowers made with these people.

  Very Good Customer Service..we had flowers sent to someone and unfortunately un-beknown to us they were away for weekend so flowers were not discovered and thinking they must have been delivered to the incorrect address we notified Patreena's Florist who assured us that they had been delivered to correct address, but she would makeup another bunch and go to address herself and see what had happened !!! Sure enough there were the flowers still waiting to be discovered and after 3 nights they were looking abit worse for wear, so the wonderful lady from Patreena's left a newly made bunch at no extra cost. so great service I think . A BIG THANKYOU TO YOU PATREENA'S FLOWER STUDIO WYNYARD Tasmania
