  I had a fantastic experience with Easy Pest Supplies. A piece of equipment I ordered wasn't functioning and was quickly replaced under warranty. Kim and the team did a fantastic job of keeping me in the loop with when the part was sent and would arrive. Would definitely buy from this team again!

  Very happy with my experience with Easy Pest Supplies. I ordered some Mouse Tilt Traps and 2 of them arrived damaged in transit. I rang them and they quickly arranged for 2 more to be sent out to me. Great customer service. Would recommend

  Really good experience with these guys. Products are always first class but had an issue with our last purchase. Can only say that the service before and then the follow after the sale was without fault and entirely resolved the issue.

  Extremely good people. I purchased 2 USS cat deterrents from them. One was faulty. I called them to inform about this. Their response was very prompt and caring. They sent me a new one immediately along with the return postage to sent the faulty one back. I got the new one within 2 days time. Very happy with the service. Very reliable company.

  Good range of products and the ones I ordered of good quality. When there was an issue with a courier, I reported it and they responded really quickly and were very helpful.
