Everything was so easy and the finished product is fantastic. The tradies were polite and considerate. I'll never deal with anyone else for roller shutters or security screens. Other mobs seem to use high pressure sales tactics and they tried to bully me into doing it their way. Plus I didn't want one of those signs out the front of my house. I can't recommend Westral enough. I'm one very happy customer.

I would just like to commend your Installer Tyson Butcher, on such a fantastic job installing our Crimsafe Security Doors on Saturday 2/12/2017. Tyson was on time, friendly, approachable and very professional. He explained the operation of the doors to my husband and I and he ensured he cleaned up all mess. We will defiantly be recommending Westral and Tyson (as the Installer) to both family and friends.

Very good service from Westral, from the office staff who arranged installation, Josh who came and measured up and Tony who did a great job and fitted our security door in super quick time. Everyone phoned to let us know when they would be there and turned up on time. The door looks great ! thanks guys.

We have used Westral for many years because of the friendly, efficient and courteous service we always receive. Today we had plantation shutters fitted to our bathroom. From the first contact in the showroom, through the measure and quote by Joe, to completion today by Jim the installer, we could not be happier. Everything was on time or even quicker, with texts advising times of arrival. Care for our aging dog through to advice on care of the shutters and cleanup was professional. We would definitely recommend Westral to our friends and family and will continue to use them in the future. Thanks to everyone we dealt with.

Great job! Absolutely pleased with the security screens fitted today by Tyson. It was no fuss at all and even accommodated to me and came out on Saturday morning. We’ve had previous work done by westral and will definitely recommend and use these guys again. Well worth it!

We had a great experience getting our electric roller shutters from Westral.

Good price (that included the cost of the electrician), with no high pressure sales tactics employed. Simple online payment system is great.

Installers went above and beyond our expectations (needed to come back after sourcing wall plates that matched the existing fittings).

Security screens manufactured in a very short time, good communications in respect of when they would be fitted, screen fitter turned up on time and did an excellent job. Screens fitted perfectly and look really good. This is the second house I have used Westral for security screens, can really recommend them.

Recently we had your service man Michael to fix our blinds at our place.. My husband and I were most impressed by his punctuality, friendliness , and the tips he gave to look after the blinds in our home. Although elderly he did an excellent job and is a credit to Westral.

It was a really good experience using Westral. David the consultant gave us great advice, measure and efficient quote. Then a week later the screens were ready to be installed. Tony the installer was an absolute legend. Such a nice guy and did a perfect job. Plus he cleaned up so well! Three years ago I used another company (won't name them) for an installation in my previous home, weeks later I was still finding metal shards around the house. Not with Westral - Tony didn't leave a trace. Highly recommend using this company. The doors and window screen look great. There's a reason they have been in business for so long.

Right from our first contact with Westral in getting a quote we have been very happy.
Tyson installed our double security doors and also added a strengthening panel to our back screen door preventing our dogs from jumping up and scratching to come in, Tyson is certainly not like other tradesmen in that he not only was very efficient in the work he carried out but also cleaned up after he had finished.
We are thrilled with the new look the double security doors have added to our home.

New Security Screen door-Phoned Westral at Canning Vale and promptly a rep came and gave a measure and quote.
He was excellent and explained all the alternatives. We ordered the door and were told a possible two week wait before ready for install.
Most pleased when a few days later we were contacted that the door was ready and installation organized
Kris the installer was great - fastidious with fitting and cleaned up very well.

Had a gentleman called Dave out for a 'free quote'. First word out of his mouth was a complaint about the elevator. Once inside, he stood staring at me as if to say 'what do you want'. Having already gotten other quotes, I did have an idea of what I was after and so took the lead but every response I got was short, negative and/or mildly aggressive. I figured he wasn't a salesman but normally an installer. I was surprised when every response was 'No, can't do this, no can't do that' when others had offered precisely what I was asking for. As the ceiling was high, he wanted to go get a ladder from his car to get measuring before showing any samples or discussing options. Due to strata regulations, I informed him that wouldn't be possible (and I had in fact mentioned this when booking the time) but that I was just looking for a ballpark figure for now (which others had also provided, in addition to bringing smaller stepping stools with them). He refused to provide one, stating that it wasn't worth it to him to come out again to get precise measurements. Fair enough, I thought, and since I'd already had a couple of quotes (and he'd been so unpleasant to deal with) I figured I wouldn't waste either of our time any further. He got irate when I suggested we just call it quits and demanded an explanation as to why. He then demanded (twice) that I pay for his parking as he worked on commission and didn't get paid by his company. Despite his rudeness and short temper, I do feel a bit sorry for him. If that's how he goes about selling his product, he must not get many commissions.

"Your blinds will be ready in 2-3 weeks." 4 weeks later "the fabric for half your order is out of stock." Why does it take 4 weeks to figure that out I've reselected a different fabric on the 14th Dec that is in stock, but I'm now in my new house with plastic on my windows because it's too hard to make just 2 blinds for my front bedroom first and install them then do the rest at a later date. Never buying from them again. I would have cancelled my order if they weren't desperately needed

I ordered a black security screen that arrived with silver frame which I assumed would be black also, seeing as i specially asked for black. Even though it arrived quickly, within a week, i had to wait another 2 weeks for it to be removed & the frame made up in black & reinstalled.
Mark who came out & took my order was very nice but he should have clarified with me that the edge was going to be silver to match the window so i could decide whether that was what i wanted or not.
Apart from that I'm very happy with my screen & look forward to having my window open in summer.
