I found an e bike that I liked on their site, so I placed an order.
Received an email with order number saying they will contact me
as eftpos is not currently available.
The price of the bike was there, free delivery was there with no restrictions.
Two weeks passed so I phoned only to find out they are out of stock, there is no free delivery and showed no interest at all.
If you wan't a bike you must go to the shop only.
So why advertise bikes you don't have and free delivery if they don't deliver.
Steer clear if I were you
.1)I had one for 10yrs so no test ride needed.
2)If the bike worked there would be no returns.
3) But if I was to return it for no good reason, Yes I would pay freight.
4)If warranty was required I would send video or photo to make a claim, you sent parts and I fit. Easy
Your current online display accept orders from all over Australia,
gives out an o/n and says thank you.
So if you want to sell locally (that's fine) put it on your website and stop wasting everybody's time.

Good and friendly place to get your bike fixed. They don’t fuss about anything and get straight into fixing.

The staffs- are very patients as my dad is nearly 90 years old and asked a lot of questions and had a lot of testing riding to make sure the e-bike is the one he is actually looking for.
Then finally he decided to buy it . With the whole time he spent at the shop , admired how both staffs, especially -Tank -were very nice and explained everything clearly . Plus the price is very reasonable . My dad bought one of the new arrival e-bike Yadea which is amazing e-bike .response / report this review -

Very doggy businessman

Bought a bike and 2 batteries in Melbourne store.
one battery broken down after 3 months, only used 3 times. They refuse to repair/replace.
Another battery broken down after 1 year (I use this bike only 2-3 times a month)
The bike has no brand. OK quality but just doesn't feel right when riding. It looks like the buy parts and put those together themselves. Chain drops very often though.
Very very poor quality battery. When riding, the indicator says 75% battery remaining, suddenly drops to 0%. Happened many times. They charge huge fees to repair that you could almost buy a new one.
AND when the battery was new, one full charge can only run about 10-12km. about 1 hour. After about half year, when running uphill, the speed is slower than walking, and the battery level drops to 0%-50% instantly.
Checked their battey cost was only about $100-200. and they sell for $400-500response / report this review -
