Very knowledgeable and helpful staffs, can answer many questions with great detail. Made by Melbourne locals, and price is quite stable (no frequent black friday sales and all that, they only do sales on faulty or clearance, which is just as is until sold out). I don’t think they have tents though.

I was served by Henry who was absolutely fantastic. He spent so long with me trying on different packs and discussing the differences of each. His warm nature made it easy to ask questions and have chats about my future adventures. I went in with very little knowledge and came out very happy with my new hiking pack. Wish I could give 5 stars, I was extremely grateful for the excellent customer service 😊 love also that the packs are made in Melbourne

I ordered the One Planet Wurley 3 Snow tent last minute before a weekend trip. The shop staff were able to quickly get one in from the factory for me. This would not happen if One Planet gear was made off shore! The staff really helped me organise a pick up by a mate and generally made the whole experience just that much better. (Thanks Emily and Sophie)
I love supporting a company that still makes gear here and it shows! I have a sleeping bag and Gortex jacket from One Planet that are both over 25 years old and still going strong. Cheers One Planet team.

Incredible service- super knowledgeable staff who are genuinely interested in helping you. Excellent range of products including clothing, packs and sleeping bags. Conveniently open on the weekends. A huge thanks to the amazing Sophie for helping us purchase & hire everything we need!
