I rang Wayne to see if he had clips for my MN triton tub, sure enough he did and at a cheap price. Best thing is he sent them straight away and I got them the next morning IN A COVID19 PANDEMIC.postage is crazy slow right now and I couldn't believe they arrived over night. Amazing service if ever I need clips again this is the only place I will be buying them from. Thanks Wayne you saved alot of hassle for us. And these clips actually fit the tub, they are impossible to find anywhere. This is the best company.

Wish it could be better. Unfortunately no-one here checks emails sent to the address listed on the website. I sent an inquiry 6 days ago with pictures for clips I needed and have heard nothing. One of the simplest things to do in business is to follow up with people who are contacting you to spend money! There are literally dozens of online stores selling these products so differentiating through great customer service is key. Hope they can improve, had to buy from overseas which I didn't want to.
Update: Thanks for following up and looking into the email issue - sincerely appreciate your effort to reply. I’ll contact you with any further requirements in the future.

I had my first experience with Southern Cross Auto Clips (SCA Clips) this week and it was worthy of a review! Thank you SCA for your fantastic support and efficiency. After chatting with Wayne over the phone to confirm dimensions of a hard to find clip for my Prado, I placed my order via the website and had it Expressed posted through Aus Post. I got the package in less than 24hrs from when I ordered it. Thanks for the fantastic customer service, I have no problem recommending SCA Clips to others!!!
