I contacted Patrick by email for our citizenship application. Building trust and relationships with people virtually can be difficult but Patrick and Kath proved that transactions can be reliably and effectively done online, in this age of technology. They both handled the documentation effortlessly and our citizenship were granted expeditiously. We have never met physically!
