We engaged dunn and farrugia to do an aluminium picket fence for our federation home in rozelle. The final product is top notch! Our neighbours often tell us how great it looks and we often find ourselves admiring it in our front garden. The person who quoted us was professional, friendly and knowledgable. The installer was a top bloke who had a real eye for detail and perfection. He engaged me throughout the installation process which i really appreciated. My only issue was the amount of time i had to wait for the installation but i guess good things come to those that wait and the final product was well worth the wait! Thanks dunn and farrugia for the awesome product and workmanship!!!

Waited two weeks for a time slot only to have a less than 10 minute visit of the site. Minimal interest in job with a reluctance to consider products advertised on their own website. In comparison, competitor fencing company spends 45 minutes on site and willingly provides engineering certificates to demonstrate suitability of exact same product.

The staff at D and F were able to match exactly what I wanted to suit my garden/path area. They welcomed me to their shop so I could check colours more precisely and advised re all materials and installation.

We are delighted with the quality of the new black fence installed by Dunn & Farrugia. There was a slight delay between order and installation due to Covid-19, but otherwise we were pleasantly surprised by not only the reasonableness of the price (compared to another quote), the quality of the product, but in particular the workmanship of the two installers Lance and Andy considering wr have a very difficult steep driveway and thick concrete they had to drill into. We can highly recommend Dunn&Farrugia and the only negative was the delay in installation, but that too was understandable given Covid-19.

Everything about the process and the finished product of our new fences was excellent. George the quote man helped us think about how to make the fence work. The payment and booking was done easily. Paul the installer turned up on time and went out of his way to make the finished product as good as possible. Very happy customer. Highly recommended.

The customer service is disgusting. The ladies that answer the phone and deal with enquiries are nothing but rude, they pass you on to ten different people and still can't answer your questions. I am more then happy to speak to the correct people but the attitude you get of them? There is just no need to speak to potential client holders in such a manner. I got told I would get a call back and before I could even say thank you, I was hung up on. Whilst the work may be okay thier attitude stinks.

One quote from this company and it was enough to make me think twice. Thanks to google reviews of other companies around the penrith area I was able to secure a company who was $2000 cheaper. I wouldn't care about a few hundred dollars but when I want a decent front fence put up I didn't want it good plated.

This companies quote was just over $7000. I'm sure once upon a time they may have been reasonable.

Wanted a quote.. Asked about after 4.30pm or Saturday and the response from the receptionist.. We don't work after 4.30pm or on Saturdays.. Guess I will be taking my business to a smaller company who really wants my business. Rather disappointed.

Recently Dunn & Farrugia installed our fence along the eastern boundary - the installation fees were $624 for 6 hours work, which was quite reasonable. However after asking them to fit a simple 1.5 metre gate from the fence line to our wall the quote included $360 installation fee for an hours work!! That's $360 an hour for labour! After several calls Dunn and Farrugia refused to lower this cost, why? This is their minimum call-out fees so they say. These installation costs are too excessive and I am currently looking around for another company with reasonable costs - it shouldn't be hard.

In April 2016, I had railings installed by D&F on my front veranda and a new side gate on my driveway. The service was good, and the installers were top-notch. The fencing makes a big improvement in the appearance of the front of my house. It looks stunning, and I feel much more balanced and secure going up and down my front steps. I am well pleased with the job.

Purchased a black satin fence in june of 2014 for 4900 dollars. I installed it myselfto save some money, and it looked beautiful. After a couple of years the 50mm x 50mm posts had faded. The result was an older looking faded fence. I called Dunn & Farrugia Penrith today because they were the ones who built my fence, I made the order at minchinbury, to ask about warranty on the paint. I was yelled at and abused by a man named Brian and he said "well mate its not gonna last forever" I asked what i can respray the fence with that is UV resistant, he said that I need to call the minchinbury office and hung up on me. Is that the treatment I deserve after being a loyal customer? This was not my first purchase with them. I also ordered a handrail for mums house a few years ago. This companies loyalty and respect for their repeat customers does not exist. Will NEVER do business with again. Thanks Brian!

Pathetic. Wanted a pool fence panel to modify. Wouldnt sell me one. Wanted to make it them selves. 2 weeks wait. Never again. Staff winging about management while i was at the counter. For a big company they no longer care about the little people.

We have used Dunn & Farrugia twice now and have found the service, product and installers to be excellent. In particular we had some issues with the last job that was going to delay the install from the date promised and they went out of their way to ensure that it was completed by the promised date. Quick to come and quote and very professional in all dealings, the installers are professional and leave the job site clean and tidy. Would highly recommend ..
