Decided to get my galaxy s10 fixed there was a problem about charging from the port. The cable would not connect the technician BP had a look he described it could be 2 problems. He decided to clean the dirt around the connection of which fixed the problem it is now charging. In future if I have a problem I recommend this business Dr Boom. Thank you BP👍👍

absolutely amazing service!! everyone that works there is super nice, only took around 40mins for Janice to fix my screen and everything else. she is an absolute gem and I'm blown away by not only their customer service but professional services 😄 definitely will be going back for any phone repairs i need !! After going to the apple shop and receiving an exorbitant quote to get the back of my iPhone fixed, I decided to go for a wander and see what Dr Boom would offer.
I was not disappointed. The fixed my phone on the spot- if it was apple they’d have my phone for nearly a week. It was also half the price of what apple quoted.

I thought I’d have to at least settle for a different colour but no, they had mine in stock too.

I haven’t got a single negative thing to say about Dr Boom, they were terrific.

I never leave feedback but this occasion I will. Ali at Dr Boom at Southland Shopping Centre helped me so much with my cracked old phone, helping me with the new phone setting it up. Ali was professional, polite, and honest was such a great service that he provided. Thank you!!
