  You made threats to one of my mates and lied to him about not incurring any costs if he returned his car. This business is a disgrace and should be shut down. Yeh wouldn’t recommend this business it’s dodgy as hell.

  I have been a long time customer of My Car Rentals, not only do they provide excellent service! But they are there with you throughout your journey whether you rent a car for short term or like me who has now had three rent to own vehicles.
  
  Andrew, Beau & Tharaka are honestly the greatest staff members to deal with, they are professional, friendly and very very detailed oriented when it comes to cars especially when you don't know too much about it.
  
  I would recommend My Car Rentals over any other car rental or rent to own vehicle place throughout all of Victoria !

  gave me an unroadworthy car with a rear indicator light out, had dings on every panel, hadn't been cleaned inside or out, had only one working speaker, and upon returning the car I let them know that I accidently went through one toll checkpoint and they want to charge me $35 to transfer it into my name.

  They were awesome! I was thankful for such a kind and helpful group. Everyone was sweet and reassuring and gave us rides to and from the airport. Will look forward to recommending My Car Rental to all my friends!
