  I broke my headphones by pulling the ear cover off. I could see the repair was to solder two wires.
  
  Went to another phone repair place in the building for my headphones and they said they would need to order new parts. I literally laughed in their face and came to Dr Boom. Aryan is a Tech wiz. Katie is lovely. He took 5 minutes and smiled the whole time. The repair was a piece of cake for him. I'll be back for my other tech repairs!

  Magnum was great. He made sure I was a happy customer before leaving the store :)
  
  He swapped a cover I was unhappy with and replaced my cracked camera cover he is very detail orientated. You won’t be disappointed!

  I went to boom after waiting 10 minutes at another store, only to be ignored so I left and found Boom!
  
  So glad I did, my phone looked like it needed a new charging port.
  
  As soon as I walked into shop, I was greeted and made to feel like my business was important to them!
  
  The phone technician straight away looked at my phone, he could have told me anything and I would have believed him!
  He thoroughly cleaned the charging port as this ended up being all that was wrong with it, this took him time for which I asked how much do I owe you, he said it’s all good, happy to help!
  I was more than happy to pay!
  I then proceeded to buy a new case new protection screen and a new cordless charger!
  
  I highly recommend both staff their as they are extremely helpful and have good old fashioned honest customer service!!!
