Bought some denon/heos gear from them a few years ago on the advice that it was the "best in class" and that buying Sonos was like buying the "McDonalds" of home audio. We'll a couple of years and many thousands of dollars later my system barely works (when it does its fantastic) whereas friends with sonos have never skipped a beat with reliability. Question the motive of selling such rubbish gear, and by going by reviews online I'm not alone

Haven’t been to this store on 15 years my experience I would say was wonderful outstanding service was helped to carry speakers to car in my 25 years of buying audio or any product no one or any store has done this to help was greeted by a lovely lady who helped and and Len who was a gentleman. What I felt was true customer service with people who care and are honest doesent matter if you spend one hundred dollars or one hundred thousand it was a very good and pleasurable experience and I would gladly return in the future and highly recommend for many years to come.

Just bought an amp from the guys at Len Wallis audio. I talked to Len over the phone and he treated me like a valued customer even though I could have just been a tyre kicker.
On visiting the shop I dealt with Tim and he also treated me with patience and valuable advice. There were more valuable products in the range but not once did he coerce me in that direction. ( Don't tell the boss) 😆
I have have had several dealings with these guys and have always been treated with patience and respect.
That is extremely important with a client that doesn't always know what they want. Cheers.

Over 30 years of dealing with Len, I have built a very pleasant system (Krell, MartinLogan, Michell, ClearAudio etc.). In all this time I have found Len and his team to be most helpful in terms of system-building, fair trading and renovation of good ( but aging) gear. Definitely demanding 5+ stars in my opinion. Best of the best!

Been a long time customer and I find the service at Len Wallis reminds me of the old school way of doing business, personal. Yes the gear that on sale is cutting edge and has a wide range of applications, but the service is still very customer focused.
It's a place with a wealth of audio knowledge and will cater for most budgets.
If your interests in music go beyond a casual/convenience listening, it is worth while to visit and have a glimpse on what is possible in music reproduction

If great and continued service long after you've bought gear is what you're after, Len Wallis and his guys will deliver it. If superb and unbiased advice are on your radar, look no further. And if a vast product range of the industry's leading models pleases you, drop into Lane Cove and take a gander of the store's inventory.

Just been dealing with Tim which has reminded me of this. 25 years ago i bought a CD player from Len Wallis Audio. A couple of weeks later Len called me personally to let me know there had been a price drop after the purchase and that he would like to credit me $130. Wow!! Never had an experience like it since. Thanks again Len. I sincerely hope LWA can suvive with the onset of internet shopping. They certainly deserve to. Cheers Jamie
