Hi my name is Anthony I would like to just say thank you to the staff at Dr boom in Tuggeranong. Never in my life have I had such a good experience with getting a phone fixed and considering I had a falling out with the old manager because he completely ripped me off a I phone x a few years back , thank you so much for going above and beyond for me today I’m so glad these new manages have taken over because they’ve made such an improvement to the business and I’ll be sending all my friends there. Thank you Tuggeranong, Dr boom I can’t thank you enough they went out of their way to fix my phone. They did it at a good price. Thank you so much for the wonderful man and lady that run today. It means a lot and if ever you need some staff I’m looking for a change of scenery I’d be a good employee too. Had the best experience buying a protective cover for my new phone lovely salesperson greeted me, showed me where the appropriate covers were and then left me to choose without any pressure etc! He was friendly and helpful without the sales pitch! Well done and thank you!!
