Got a very nice bird and at a good price but when I asked staff if they could clip wings so i could start training the bird they refused and they said they where under staffed, but I could see several staff members just standing around socailisng. Had to go to another pet shop in Fyshwick to get the birds wings clipped and they where more than happy to do it for free and literally took less than 1 minute. Unfortunately don't know the staff members name but it was just straight laziness not under staff.

Took our 10 month old standar poodle here for grooming. Read the reviews post booking so was a little apprehensive. But, sometimes I think there are those unfortunate one-offs with bad experiences. We are really impressed with their grooming staff. The girl we had was super friendly despite my somewhat obvious hesitation. She was calm and great with out pup. The grooming itself is actually one of the best we've had. She is super clean, beautifully clipped and happy. We will go back.
