Good stock and wide variety of party items, but service upon arrival to pick up a click and collect order was terrible. Took them ages to find the item and later I realised that the young attendant hadn't even listened to what I was trying to pick up. No wonder she couldn't find it and I had to wait over 10 minutes. Would have been a LOT quicker to have gone into the store and picked it off the shelf myself (which I usually would but I was in a rush, organising a party!!)
