David and the team at Shipways were absolutely fantastic when our water heater broke on a Saturday morning. They were out within a few hours of the call and installed a temporary tank to tide us over while we waited for the new tank, then let us know as soon as the new tank arrived so we could arrange a day to install it. The installation process was efficient and handled with a very high quality of service. Thanks so much David!

Rob and David are fantastic to deal with. Called them on a Sunday morning with a few issues and they came out the same day to fix leaking taps and a hot water tank that needed to be replaced. Installed a temporary tank until they could order the replacement tank in a few days, to make sure we had hot water over the long weekend.

They took the time to explain the new Australian-made water tank features, installed new copper piping to building code standards and were done in under an hour. Really appreciated their efforts. Highly recommended!
