Do not enter! Do not pre book.

Drove in and found parking, stayed around 2 hours tried putting in our code at exit but failed, called staff and got put to a pig of a women who had said we left the carpark already and we had to pay full overnight price? We had not even left carpark. I don’t steel or expect free gifts I just wanted to pay a fair and agreed price. The staff member was one of the worst customer service personnel I have ever spoken with. Nice place Southbank and awesome restaurants.
Shame this is badly managed. Shame.

Convenient car park location and very easy to prebook your parking space online. Don't forget to exit using your code even if the boom gate is up, otherwise it may assume that you have overstayed your time.

I turned up for parking today 16/7/22 after 1.30pm and I had pre-booked to find no car parks. I was not happy and I wasn't the only one to arrive - pre paid and no parks. Why did this happen? We all ended up parking in reserved parking that wasn't for us. This isn't good enough. There should have been spare car parks for the ones that had already booked and paid.

I tried find parking slot at secure parking - SW1 Car Park on Satuday afternoon. You will be amaze that it was pretty 80% parking slots are reserve, 15% for rental car company and only 5% for casual parking. Best of all you still need to pay $5 try to find park slot. What the experience

Poor signage, not enough parking spots made worse by over-sold parking. 4 of us booked & pre-paid online only to find no parking spots on arrival. After driving around the small area for 20 minutes, I snagged a park as someone left, another of my party parked in 'reserved' parking with no name sign above and the other 2 had no choice but to leave and find parking elsewhere. Meanwhile the entrance boom gates continued to let more cars in for non existent parking spots. If Secure Park don't have enough availability, put up the 'car park full unless prepaid' sign, a practice which many carparks do - that would be a very simple solution which would prevent much frustration.
