Dial-A-Tow - Matt - Excellent service, My son's 2000 BMW had broken front right wheel arms etc, Another tow company had tried to move car with no success, only causing further damage.

Communication could of been better. My mum had her car brake down on a busy road in heavy traffic and couldn't be moved. We were told 90 minutes but shortly after that time limit I had phoned back to be told another 45 minutes.

My Chipper lost its leaf spring suspension today which required some skill to get it onto the truck without causing further damage. Ben, from dial a tow came out and did an excellent job and was super friendly and easy to deal with. It was Definitely what I would call a 5 star service. Cheers legend.

Tow truck turned at on time . Polite & Cheerful . Carefully handled car , after accident.
Stored car over weekend, delivered car to crash shop on monday .
Great service , after a traumatic experience
