A great massage every time. I have fibromyalgia so some massages can be painful. I explain that I want them to use flat palms only, no elbows or digging fingers as they are painful for me, and they listen to what I need. My first choice for a massage now.

First massage was amazing, however I had trouble communicating with the masseuse. Second massage same communication issue but massage was not as good, they even forgot to do one of my hands. I went to the counter to pay and had a conversation with the receptionist about how to better communicate what I need when I book in and I even rebooked another appointment to get back to the car and see while speaking to her I had tissue paper and mascara on my face from the table and she let me leave like that and walk back to the car. Terrible customer service, I wouldn’t do that to a person let alone to a client.

Got a full 2 hour massage didn't want leave. Atmosphere was great and completely separated from the shopping centre that was only a few metres away.
