Under pressure, these Doctors took time to arrive but understand they were very busy. The service contacted me albeit very busy after hours, I had to wait.. Once arrived very kind & helpful

Splendid Service, keep it up. Rang and got straight through the appointment in 2/3 rings. The agent who picked up my call was very supportive. Doctor also turned up within 90 minutes as advised by call center agent.

Recommended Service for all.

I had headache, fever and bad sore throat last night at 7:14 pm (3rd December 2018). I rang for home doctor at 139999. They asked all the detail which I gave. They also asked if I have medicare card, which I said I don’t. Thats all fine and asked me to wait for call from doctor with approx visiting time.

After like 20 minutes I got a call back saying since doctor in my area only accept medicare card holders, doctor refused to visit me. They canceled my doctor request and asked me hope I understand.

What shall I understand?? That patient without medicare won’t receive any health care from home doctors in Toowoomba? What if doctor’s refusal had effected my health and life? I don’t have medicare card but I did have health cover or I would definitely arrange other form of payment for my health service.

Really feeling down with this money minded doctor who feels money is bigger than public’s health.
