There is a snake catchers directory online which can be used to find someone who does not charge $200+ like this business did to my grandparents who are in there 90's. The RSPCA who can also recommend snake catchers in your local area who charge affordable fees, are fully qualified, registered, provide up to date information etc. Complaints can be lodged with the appropriate government department where an official complaint can be recorded permanently and acted upon unlike Google who can/often does remove negative reviews. Google should also remove the false positive reviews but I see they are still showing.

Came hours after calling. Very unprofessional and rude especially the female. Charged top dollar and then some. Definitely going elsewhere for any future snake visitors.
(Suppose I'll get accused of being a snake catcher too!!!!!)
How unprofessional to accuse someone of not being a customer and how easy it would be to remove someones details from your record book. That proves nothing except that this company does not take responsibility when they are in the wrong but rather shame and blame their client.
