Called at 4 pm to book a dr. Heard back at 7:30 to say that the dr would be cancelling due to car troubles. We live 5-10 minutes from the CBD and find it hard to believe that the dr didn't have RACQ or other car servicing available considering having access to a working vehicle is essential for home visits. Therefore, this business in unreliable.

Have tried to book 3 times and only response is no doctors in my area. I'm 10 minutes from redcliffe which is their base!!

Dr William was absolutely fantastic, took the time to look at my son's complaint and advised what the best course of action going ahead was. The staff member I spoke to when booking was extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. If you require a home doctor I highly recommend using this service.

Had to get them to check my 84 year old Mum on Sunday night, waited about 1hour 30 mins for him to arrive. Doctor looked after my Mum great bed side manners I would not hesitate to call them again. Thanks Dial a home doctor
