I just love the bread and butter pudding here. Coffee is not something to brag about but I'm always happy to have an average tasting coffee. The service is good and an easy system to understand.

Bad, bad coffee (sadly ike all Degani's cafes) and screaming kids on play equipment surrounding the store. Food dull, heavy, processed, etc.

Staff was nice but people who owned the the place were very rude.

Well how VERY DISAPPOINTING. 30 minute wait for breakfast this morning. One person serving meant tables were getting drinks at odd times and their food at weird times.
The food was not up to a high standard. 1 piece of toast and poor mass purchased foil wrapped butter, stinks of cost cutting.
The poached eggs looked like they came from a microwave, and the eggs benedict had "grilled" ham and NO spinach. Yes that is how it was advertised but that is NOT eggs benedict. $3 for spinach is a rip-off when that meal usually comes with it in 99% of cafes.
$4 for Bacon and $4 for chiplotas is also costly, and asking if I wanted one or two but still willing to charge me $4 for a single piece.
Would gladly except an apology or a refund but I can assure you I won't return as this is not the first bad experience and not the first instance of waiting an excessive amount of time.response / report this review -

Drinks were fine, however the wrong order was brought out. When I explained to the wait staff that this was not what I ordered they returned with another dish that again was not what I ordered. Chicken was undercooked and after a couple of bites it was essentially inedible. If I return, I won't be consuming food.

The coffee was great, but you could starve to death waiting for anything else. After half an hour waiting for bacon and eggs we demanded a refund.
