Hello my husband and i had dinner last night at trios ..on walking in we were not greeted by any staff and found our own table staff then came with menu and cutlery. ..i ordered our steaks and i know you were very busy how ever to wait 40 mins was not good enough.both our steaks and my vegetables cold ..pepper sauce no ..no flavor at all.on a all over prospective. .very disappointed. The sports bar is great large TV's to watch lot's of different sports, my only issue is that children are allowed in there and they make a lot of noise hard to concentrate on the sport on the tv

I ordered a spicy pizza but wasn't spicy at all. The meat was very chewy and it was served cold. But the atmosphere was great.

After a few visits, still fails to satisfy. This is what happened last night: #1 The last person on our table to order, received their meal about 15-20 min before anyone else (probably got some other tables meal) #2 The Parma was made with tasty cheese, where's the mozzarella? #3 Our pizza was given to another table #4 expensive $24 for a pizza that wasn't even very nice, not even wood fired, the base tasted like it was a frozen one. #5 We had to continuously ask for our meals, we finally got our pizza meal probably 30+ min after the first meal and we ordered 15min before them. #6 The butter chicken curry dish was horrible, how can someone get that wrong, order a safe dish - NOT ! #7 One out of the three latte coffees did not look like a latte. #8 They serve the coffee in double wall glasses, bought coffee should never be served like this, specially if a person overheats the milk.. They offered a drink or a dessert for stuffing up our meals etc. Did not take the offer. All this in one night. Some other meals were ok, but very average.

Great food, great environment. The only issue I have is the kids play ground. It really isn't child safe. The ground has hard rubber pavers and the playground needs a safety audit. The rope bridge gaps are far too big as I saw kids get stuck in areas and fell through. Please put thought into the playground and the safety. This is not a safe play ground. If my kids fell through and hurt himself. I would take this further as the playground seems to have been an after thought.

We have been going here for years for our family gatherings. The outside area is lovely but we not enjoying more & more each time. On a Tuesday night, when the restaurant is not even half full, to wait 55 minutes for our meals, is not acceptable. We asked after 45 minutes & were told they were being served up. 10 minutes later they came out luke-warm. Serving sizes too big - wastage. They would be better off reducing the size of their meals & charge less. Prices have become too expensive. Sorry, but we'll be finding a new place.

Trios has a "Parmas of the the world" section in the menu that consists of chicken parmigiana based off different cultures which was great. The deserts here are amazing and they have some nice beers on tap

Food took quite a while. The rib eye was tasteless, chicken scolopini was okay. The only thing that made the meal a 3 star instead of 2 was the good chips. Sorry Trio's but wouldn't really recommend.
