David Mccoy Homes is the "worst" builder in Australia. We urge all potential customers to stay away from this builder. The salesperson Jane wescombe will treat you like a "Princess" before you sign their contract. Once you signed the contract, they will not want to communicate with you and they will treat you like a "dog" with no respect whatsoever. The disaster was bound to happen.

Very unhelpful, unprofessional after handover they dont carr sbout their customers, stay well away from them, Barb is sooo rude and Dave their construction supervisor is even worse, my house is in shambles and they wont help

The team at David McCoy are so helpful and experienced. Their attention to detail and great customer service really make them stand out from the other local builders. I would definitely recommend them to anyone considering building a home.

David McCoy builder left me with five water leaks under my driveway. The first two started in the warranty period and they refused to fix the problem. Rocks were put in the trenches with original garden soil. The rocks have been piercing the pipes. Cost me $9000 in repairs so far. I have had to dig up the driveway. I would recommend finding another builder.
