Listened to my budget and kept close to the figure I stated rather than trying to sell-up. Ladies in the show room were amazing. Super patient while I changed my mind a zillion times. Came on time on the day of installation. A few days later hinges had shifted. Sent out someone to fix it within hours. Loved the kitchen fitout so much that I got them to do the laundry too and recommend CCW to anyone who is after cabinetry.

We too had a similar experience to Karen.
The difference being the after care and customer service
A design and construct kitchen was contracted by CCW and after some delays, we had a new kitchen.
Now 6 or so years later, a problem with the particular panel type has demonstrated that it is faulty and CCW expect us to pay for the replacement.
This is still under warranty but the tardy and dismissive response makes us even more determined to have the issue resolved but by legal avenues.

Just over three years ago, we requested a quote from CCW for a large expensive kitchen for our new house. The woman who was the estimator assigned to us met with my husband but never got back to us with a quote. My husband chased her for a month. He was told she was on annual leave, and in hospital, then unavailable. No one else had her notes or files and no one else could help us. Finally we gave up on getting a quote from CCW.
Two weeks ago we asked for a quote on changing a laundry room into a butler's pantry. A week later a Design Consultant arrived at our house. He was knowledgeable and helpful He said he would give us a quote in about a week. Instead of a quote, I received an email from him. The subject line said "please be advised at this point CCW Cabinetworks will be unable to supply quote for cabinetry my apologies for any inconvenience this may have cause regards". This Design Consultant could not even be bothered to put the text in the body of the email. He provided no explanation for blowing us off.
I do not understand CCW's business process of not providing quotes. We don't like chasing them or wasting our time waiting for a quote that never comes. Not recommended.
