  Had Fred come over this morning to find out what was causing a leakage that spread to the bedroom floor. He was quick and efficient with finding out the cause of the problem, explained in detail and with pictures what was the cause, and fixed the problem quick.

  I contacted Dave's team when my hot water heater developed a fairly significant leak.
  In short order they had diagnosed the issue and provided me with a quote and timing for the work.
  They kept me up to date when Charlie, the plumber, was running a bit late and managed my expectations well by answering the many questions I had.
  I was quite impressed with Charlie and his colleague's work, as a replacement unit was fitted and plumbed with a satisfying level of craftsmanship, at least to my untrained eye.
  I am grateful for their help and not having to go without hot water for any serious length of time as, though very much a first world problem, a cold shower during winter in Melbourne wasn't something I was looking forward to.

  Thankyou so much DMP for your great service! Your staff are friendly and professional very easy to communicate with. Both times we have had you come out to our house the job was done quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend your business and have done so. Paul was really good at working around my daughters nap times and not disturbing their sleep as well.
