  Great couple of blokes! Tried booking again and found it difficult. They were really amazing on the day though. Highly reccomend.

  My son ordered a van from Caulfield to Thornbury for 1.00pm yesterday. It didn't arrive and when my son called JAMES apologized and promised to be there at 4 with a discount for the inconvenience. No arrival again and not a call to explain why. All furniture had to be returned into unit. Beware.

  I had a booking for 3:30pm. After half an hour of waiting and 3 unanswered phone calls I received a txt notifying that the truck had broken down. I got a call from the owner who advised they could organise another day to which I said I’d be happy to wait for them to fix the problem so I could move that day. After 3 hours of waiting I messaged the driver who told me the truck had been towed and I would receive a call from the owner. I didn’t receive any calls and had all 4 calls I made ignored. 2 days on and still no contact or even an apology from them. I have since booked and completed the move with another company. Very disappointed in the lack of response and unprofessional service received. Would not recommend!

  After a day of delays, understanding that the rain was an issue, only half the job was completed. All contact ignored on the Saturday until an unknown number from us received a call back only to be told - Monday and other jobs have been cancelled today!! Not happy customers!

  Saw a panda on a moving truck the other day and decided to look them as I was moving from a flat into a storage cage (or rather, crate). Job was easily done, the guys were friendly yet professional, nothing was too much. They happily made an extra stop so I could drop off a washing machine that I had sold through gumtree to someone else even though it wasn't really on the way! 10/10 would recommend/use again.

  Mischa and James were both phenomenal. We requested that they begin an hour early at the very last minute and they were more than happy to oblige.
  
  Fantastic service, completely professional and efficient. Completely took the stress out of our move - I would and will recommend Panda Man and Truck Removals to all of my friends and family.
  
  10/10 boys.
