Recommended the best product for use which was completely destroyed and useless within a month. Refuse to accept a return and will not comply with consumer law. The best they would offer is a reduced price on a new one which doesn’t come close to the cost I have incurred for failed product. To be fair they have offered great service in the past however should an issue arise they are not willing to stand by their own recommendations of best use for their own product. Very disappointed.
