Food tasted okay until we got to the beef; was bad.
Went up to the owner discreetly to inform them that it didn't taste right and was shut down saying "I only bought it today, impossible". He then began to ignore me and served the same beef to another customer. The lady serving seemed dumb founded as she just apologised and went on with her business.

Partner then received stomach pains and was sick all night.

You'd think it's in the best interest of the business to investigate an issue a customer reported with the meat, as I wasn't even after a refund but just to make sure no one else bought it.

I will not be returning at all.

Appalling behaviour.

We ordered Mongolian beef and nasi goreng, the rice was okay, but the beef was certainly off! Both my partner and I came to that conclusion separately, we discretely attempted to tell the chef that it tasted strange and was rudely shut down, he said it was impossible it had gone bad and made no attempt to even slightly investigate our concern. Very unhappy with their response as we were only trying to assist them in avoiding to serve the same off tasting meat to more customers. Very rude and will not be returning or recommending them to anyone.

when i was a young a bloke me and stephen jackson would come here blazed like it was 420 after a big weekend on the hong kongs with travs mum rails sandwich and the food was devine now days i.e this arvo for lunch the beef and black bean had 4 pieces of beef 'small' and nothing but noodle what ever happened to a bit of broccoli or carrot or a dash of cuban my god things have changed

I have been eating at Noodle Jones for well over 10 years have never been disappointed. There food is always fresh hot & not over cooked! They are happy to customise any dish to suit what you like and really go out of their way to make you happy it doesn't matter how far I move away from the area, I always look forward to coming back to get a great feed!!

Tried once on lunch. Too much MSG on the hokkien noodle. Get really thirsty for the whole afternoon.

The food is ok and reasonably priced although they are stingy with meat / tofu portions so you end up with a whole lotta noodle and not much else.

Plus they charge 80 cents just to use eftpos (even when you spend a lot) which is lame.

I ordered at the counter and waited 40 minutes for my take away the other night, even though there were only a couple of people before me. It all seemed very disorganised and slow and should have taken less than half the amount of time.

Straight from the noodle gods of Asia, these Angels disguised as chefs will fry you up a concoction of mans finest ingredients in their wocs of fury. Delivering you a scolding hot box of saucy goodness, a 5 out of 5 is what I want to give noodle Jone, but taking into consideration a demon named coldishnoddlesufer one infiltrated my box of delight, I can't give it a full mark Holden touchdown. Untill next time noodle Angels, stay saucy.
