Amazing location if you're looking to get away. Ideal place to explore the nearby tracks, walks, nature, waterfalls and 4wding.

So cool and green (Oct) , relaxed friendly campers that were respectful of others. Beautiful river with maintained paths . highly recommend, even for just a day trip.

Got to love Dandos. This large campsite has plenty of trees covering which provides good shelter from the sun which makes it very comfortable indeed. Not far away is a small river which is cool and fun to explore/walk around. Get there at the right time of year and you can pick blackberries to make some awesome jam. Otherwise, this is just a good, family friendly place to hang out with friends and have a good weekend away from city life.

Tranquil and beautiful camping area among tall mountain ash. Dappled shade, river access, pit toilets, fireplaces. Wonderful.

As said previously, lots of spaces, some under trees, some partial shade, some right by the river but all good flat sites & suitable for bigger rigs.
    Fires & pets OK.
River water for showers, washing up & we boiled & cooled some for drinking.
    Toilets were fresh & clean.
Amazing viewing of diverse areas all within an easy 10 minute drive from your campsite, call to the Info Centre to get free maps.
We used Telstra so had service up the road a bit on top of the rise (camping is in a gully & well protected)
We stayed 5 nights & will return again.
