I believe I can give a fair and honest review since I can compare the work done by DMS Tinting and another company, the name of whom I can't recall as I'm unable to locate the receipt. This work was carried out in 2013. Four years on and the tinting installed by DMS Tinting is still looking good, no bubbling, as compared to the other windows installed around the same time by another company that have already bubbled in many places. Although DMS Tinting cost more, they did a far better job with a better product. I've just contacted them about installing window tinting in my home again and would recommend them to anyone.

USED A POT SCOURER ON MY EXTERIOR PAINT LEAVE EXTENSIVE SCRATCH MARKS.. SEE PHOTO ATTACHED Do not use these guys.. They used a pot scourer on the exterior paint work of my car leaving visible starches in a area approximately 300 X 400mm, $600 repair bill.
After they initially admitted their error, on threat of court action and a eye witness account, then recanted and left me with the damage.
These guys are dodgy .. Do not use..

After contacting 3M as suggested by Peter from DMS and discussing with DMS, my concerns have been resolved. Thanks to Peter and Andrea from DMS for their customer service and to 3M for a quick response..

I organised an appointment with Andrea to come to our house to quote on window tinting and a possible graphic in the bathroom - Absolutely delightful lady who knew the 3M products well and could advise what sort of glass were in our windows at home but just knocking on them!
Andrea phoned to advise she might be a couple of minutes late, didn't rush the appointment, took precise measurements of all the windows and provided a written quotation right on the spot! I even got samples of the different products I was looking at - free of charge! No pushy sales tactics and good ol' fashioned service.
DMS Tinting were the third company we had out to provide a quote for our house tinting and their professionalism outweighed by far the other companies we had approached.
Looking forward to placing an order with DMS Tinting as this experience with Andrea was extremely positive.response / report this review -

Had my car tinted here last week - very happy with the quality of the tint and the service provided. The first lady I spoke to was very helpful when it came to deciding what tint to get, and offered me $50 off for being a RAC member, without me having to ask. The bloke I dropped the car off to offered me a lift to the train station, and then the lady I picked the car up from was helpful too. The car looks awesome, and I can really tell the difference in terms of heat reduction. Would definitely use these guys again. Sorry I can't remember anyone's name though

Have just had my car tinted at DMS. I found the work to be very efficiently done and to my specifications.
This is the second car DMS has tinted for me & I cannot fault the workmanship.
I would definitely recommend them.
