  Absolutely amazing customer service!!
  
  The idea of going to get my car serviced was always so daunting, as i am not that savvy with car mehanics or dealings, so i was terrified of being ripped off, or being sold something i don't need. that fear went out the window when i first decided to put my car in for a service with Autosolve Joondalup. Everyone that works there is very knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and strived to get me the best deals and prices :)) i cannot fault their work or customer service.
  
  To further reaffirm that, today I had a small puncture in my tyre, and embarrassingly i had absolutely no idea how to change a tyre. Luckily i was incredibly close to their shop on winton Road, so i stopped by to ask for some advice, the guy that was in the shop not only fixed my tyre there and then! but he also took the time out of his busy schedule to show me how to change my tyre in the future!!! Absolutely brilliant 🙌🏼 Thankyou so much!!

  Had a small problem with installing hood gas struts on my Toyota 86 couldnt get one of the bolts off for the life of me. They where happy to help me no problem how small the job was - great support guys. 😁

  Great service really knew their stuff. Their diagnostic was spot on compared to other mechanic I asked. Didn't overcharge either. Highly recommended

  I honestly can not rate these guys high enough, I have called them a few times since buying my secondhand car with questions and they have always been extremely helpful and never pushy to take the car in, today I popped in to ask if they could have a look over my car for me quickly to tell me why my automatic car was bunny hopping and they took it for a test drive, put it in the work shop and fixed the problem on the spot, I will be getying my whole family to use these guys

  Honesty, integrity.
  That's probably how I would sum this place up. It's a rare commodity in the world of car servicing in my experience.
  I came to Autosolve after being really unhappy with the last place my car was being serviced at.
  They would complete repairs without notifying me first, claiming that it was 'urgent' or 'safety' related.
  I bring my car into Autosolve, they service the car, they provide me a detailed report on any problems that might need to be rectified in the future.
  I always feel like they are interested in doing an honest, good job in looking after my car, because if they do, that is why I will come back again and again and recommend them to all my friends and family.

  Have been having my vehicle serviced and/or repaired at Autosolve for 5 years & would not take it anywhere else. They always offer superb service & all the mechanics are knowledgeable, thorough & dont do any work without your authorisation . They are without doubt the best workshop around.

  Fantastic service, not only did Anthony advise what I needed to have done now he also explained what could wait, including estimates which was a breath of fresh air.I highly recommend Autosolve.

  Have been taking my car here for a few years now. No pushy business or intimidation; a mechanic that I actually trust to do the job and do the job well. Always recommend Autosolve to friends and family.
