My wife took her car into this auto masters for a logbook service and felt the she was pressured and pushed into getting things done to the car that were outside the logbook service. I called them up after to query the issues and a minor refund was given but did not cover the items she was pressured into having done by the serviceman.

Had an emergency job on my lights which was handled SO quickly. Friendly staff fitting me in, a complimentary car so I could finish my jobs and getting the repairs done in record time - even vacuuming and washing my car too 😳I could head back to "whoop whoop" as planned. Kept waiting for a "surprise extra cost" which didn't happen. REALLY chuffed to have found this gem. Thank you Steve and your gang.

Words cannot describe the incompetence of this place. Let me wait more than 4 hours working on my Landcruiser by which time I phoned them to be told they have not even received my spares yet. Nobody had the decency or intelligence to phone me waiting pacently for my exhaust to be fixed that they do not have the spares and cannot do it that day. They and their Joondalup branch are absolute idiots - you have been warned!

Customer Service as it should be - what a contrast to the mob at Mindarie Workshop!
Receptionist who took my booking was polite, friendly and efficient - gave me a full breakdown of costs and processes involved, time to arrive and likely duration.
Air-con repair and re-gas. Car was fixed and ready in four hours and for the price quoted (plus parts, it required two small valves) - the same time it the other clowns to fail to even get it on the ramp to look at!!! Even got a couple of key return key fobs into the bargain.
Excellent car service, excellent customer service. The only time MW will only see the car now is as it drives past to get to Auto Masters.response / report this review -

For the second time they have disappointed us when we booked our car in for a service. FAILED to do the job on time and FAILED to complete the booked job. Unbelievable that they can still think they did nothing wrong..DUMBASSES!!!!!

This morning I was flagged down from another driver to say my break lights weren't working, I panicked as I have two small children in the car and was driving in peak hour traffic doing school runs. My intuition told me to contact Auto Masters, so I rang and what fantastic service on the phone, I was told not to worry and bring the car in as soon as I could. I arrived and was greeted with a friendly smile and instantly looked after. All globes were replaced and safety check was done ! It was quick & easy and by far the best customer service I have received at any auto retailer. I am happy to say you have definitely got me as a customer for any future services or mechanical needs!! Highly recommend and so grateful for your help.
