Absolutely awful experience. No communication i had to call twice for an update, absolute no customer service etiquette what so ever - i was told i dont know what im talking about so he'd have to explain it, called lady in a condecending manner when i told him to refer to me by name he called me girl, sworn at and then laughed at when i said i consider constantly using the word bloody at me to be swearing, threatened with court action if i was to put anything on social media about the incident. So they had my car for 4 hours and after all that no work was done on it. All the issues started when i was told he didnt know when my car would be ready as "he cant go to the side of the road and pick up an O ring" it has to be ordered and when i asked how long (they knew i needed my car back prior to 2pm) he said i dont know just come get your car (baring in mind theyd had it for 3 hours for what i was advised would be a simple regas) when i went to pick up my car shockingly he was able to give me a time then and apparently he was just about to pick up the phone to call me after my 2nd call for an update. Beyond disgusting behaviour never ever will i use this place again and i will pass my experience on to other

Very impressed with the full service today! I had some extra work needed and it was done at a very fair price. I also used their service to get a drop off in the area. Only booked today and they managed to squeeze me in! Would recommend this place and I will be heading back here for the next one!

Not only did they charge me more than quoted they didnt fix the problem. When the car was still making the same noise I took it back and they tried to tell me it was something different and not their problem. Took it elsewhere for a 2nd opinion and it was the original problem to begin with. So I paid $1000 for a wheel alignment and for them to drive my car around wasting my fuel. Would definitely not recommend them.

Autobahn Clarkson is as good as it gets. I had my clutch repaired there recently, & when I showed my mechanic/car dealer rellie the (itemised) bill he said it "wasn't over the top" & looked to be just right for all the work done. I've also had my car repaired there numerous times before this, & was pleased with the service provided. Obviously people get a bit apprehensive about the cost when they have to get their car repaired, (especially when, like me, they don't have much money!) but I've no complaints about Autobahn.
