Good food and reasonable priced drinks helpful staff also. Especially liked the coffee. Breakfast was not as good as I had hoped. Overall it was up to expectations.

Can be a little too close to the entertainment below. Nice clean business style bedrooms. More for the road warrior than families. Free WiFi is a plus.

Pleasantly surprised with out stay last night. All staff we had interactions with were exceptional. Rooms were modern, comfortable and well appointed. Only downside was that we had no view except for aircon systems etc - third floor inwards facing room, but that's not a deal breaker. We would stay here again!

Poor service, while staying here from interstate I got very sick.
I tried ordering food multiple times for my room.
Always the same thing we can't get ahold of kitchen will call you back, I even called back saying this keeps happening.
But nothing, waited two and half hours between 11 am to 1.30pm. Struggled to walk 1km down the road to the puma service station, feeling unwell haven't eaten in over 24 hours, thanks guys!
You pay decent money to stay here, there is always multiple people standing around doing nothing. But you can't provide basic service.

Great location for accessing the rest of the Crown complex.
Nothing to complain about except the lack of a view.
Spacious clean room on the 5th floor. Short and reasonable wait for Check in and out. Room service food was good. .
