We were at Criniti's last week. We enjoyed our night out! We had a group booking with a set menu, which I wasn't sure about at first, but I am so glad we did as there was so much food, the pizza and pasta was delicious. The service was very quick and friendly.

Very average food, it was cold. Nothing like good Italian food. No lunch menu offered, found the lunch menu after ordering and it was putrid, filthy!! When my food was served on a wooden board the board was filthy covered in sticky stuff. No hygiene at this restaurant, very average food, ridiculous prices, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!

Honestly my food was excellent and very well valued however the table I was seated at was super sticky and had sauce stains on it, not the best for a pleasant eating experience. I think the biggest shock was when it came to pay the bill and saw a glass of coke (not even a full bottle or can) was $5.90. Yikes!

I have heard this place makes good food, so I had a beef burger and the meat tasted off. I did let them now at the end. Fair to say, the staff was nice and were apologetic when I told them about the meat

NOT A COVID SAFE VENUE!!!!! I have never received such bad customer service from a restaurant in my life. Tables were way too close together and when we moved chairs to separate ourselves from other customers we were rudely asked to move the chairs back. Never attend this restaurant!!!

What a rip offjust paid $184.00 for a disappointing meal. There were three of us the only meal that was satisfying was the Spaghetti Marinara and the Sourpuss Cocktail. The Cheesy Bacon Fries was a bowl of salty chips with some 'cheese sauce' on top and some Bacon thrown in with afew chives thought that the cheese would have been mixed throughout the dish. The stuffed Mushrooms were unrecognisable. The Vanilla Shake was full of milk froth and only had about a quarter worth drinking. The Lychee-Tease was basicly the same filled with crushed ice and hardly any liquid. The Chicken Boscaiolo sauce was so oily I couldn't eat it the strips of bacon in the 'sauce' were so hard and the the Chicken Fillett was dry. The Godfather Pizza had hardly any topping and it was quite tasteless. I have eaten at this chain on quite a few occasions and I don't think I will be returning the cost of the food and what you actually receive are worlds apart!

We have just had the worst dining experience of our life. There was not one thing on the $150 seafood platter for two that was enjoyable. Everything was tough, overcooked as well as being barely lukewarm The service was also poor We watched as everyone who arrived after us was being served some even finishing before ours arrived It would have been alright if it was worth the wait but it certainly wasn't Totally disappointed I am giving it 1 star for the cheesy garlic bread which was very tasty

Very poor service and poor value. Garlic prawn salad that was just a bowl of lettuce for $23.00 ripped off. Never too return.

Very expensive. Waited two minutes with another couple to be seated while three waiters/waitresses were chatting. Food was over oily, gnocchi was alright but not as good as delucas, 10 dollars for an iced coffee and 30 bucks ish for a main is absurd for a mall restaurant

Very unprofessional assistant restaurant manager in your Kotara Westfield branch! After witnessing him processing 12 split card payments, we kindly ask if he will allow us to pay in 3 different cards as we are away for work, all he could abruptly say was "there is absolutely no chance , I may have done it for the other table but that doesn't mean I would do it for you " . I'm highly appalled at the customer service provided by such a established chain ! We will be no longer providing our company business to CRINITIS!

Just had breakfast here. One staff didnt know the difference between a cappuccino and latte. My mum just wanted a plain bacon and egg sandwich which came out with chips as a side and they charged $23. Daughter had pancakes that were like rocks and to top it off they had a 10% surcharge for being a Sunday. Too expensive, bad service and bad food. Wont be back!!

Pizza was good. Risotto undercooked. Service so so. For these prices (high!) i expect better. They did apologise for the risotto and give free dessert though 😀

Food, service and staff were fantastic. Very attentive and made a family birthday event a huge success. We also saw staff running a children's pizza-class party beside us and the kids had an absolute ball. We had almost as much fun watching as they did being there. Congratulations - great job.

Great food, Great service, we have been there several times and always came back satisfied and to the people who said they have been moved out of their table after hour and half sitting that is pretty standard sitting time for a busy restaurant like Criniti's. if you wanna sit around n chat your best place is a Bar. over all the best restaurant I've been in NSW.

This is what they called a 400g MEDIUM RARE rib eye steak, worth $56. I had one bite, tasted like my shoe, called a waiter straight away and explained to him this is way too over cooked. He told me someone will come over but he didn't even inform any other workers, and so obviously no one came to check our food. I had to call a different waitress and finally she took our food but I didn't want to waste my time so got up straight away and paid for my beer only. I've been to several terrible restaurants, but I never had to walk out until now.

Been here quite a few times. Has been great. Last 3 times and this time dreadful. No service, slow food, can't get the food or drinks we wanted, staff standing around looking blank and apparently it's ok to call me a Dude or Mate.

Party of 4, ordered bread, 2 persons were sharing Pizza and Salad for Main, other 2 persons ordered gnocchi and a chicken breast dish for mains. Pizza was served without salad, bread had not been served, bread was finally served just before Chicken dish was served, Salad was finally served after Pizza had been eaten, finally the gnocchi was served. The 4 persons were eating at different times and not together due to the service of the meals.
When wine was ordered sorry no Chardonnary or Verdedho
Finally ordered coffee, one skim one ordinary, when served asked which was the skim, answer was they were both the same as they had run out of ordinary milk. Yet we were expected to pay for this.
Service was woeful also came home smelling of smoke.
Prices are very expensive, chairs very uncomfortable and service disgusting!

Wont be back for breakfast any time soon.
4 people in the restaurant, 30 minutes for breakfast to be served, asked for no tomato relish so our crepes came out covered in tomato sauce ???
Then it took less then 5 minutes for a replacement to come out which was cold.
Food was not nice at all so disappointing
Then has to wait another 5 minutes to pay as no one was paying any attention at the counter
employee asked were we happy with our breakfast when we said no a small apology was offered and that was it.
By the way Crinitis we dont need loud music blaring at 8.30am over breakfast, we like to talk to each other
