Great prices the pharmacist team is incredibly helpful and all have great product knowledge.
Service at counters are the same!!!!

Be careful, one guy explained how to use a tablet and asked me to sign on a disclosure statement to share private information. when I asked him why I should sign it, he said, as he explained how to use the tablets, I need to sign . I told him, that's not what I am being asked to sign on.. and asked him, is it mandatory to sign in order to get the tablets, he then backed off and said, that's fine.. I sense something suspicious with this approach. looks like they are targeting patients to obtain their signatures on the consent to share private information without they really intending to do so.. Can't really appreciate it.

Very cramped, and the staff are slow. I had to wait 40 minutes for a prescription. I specifically asked them how long it would take as I had an appointment to make, they told me 10 minutes. If I had known how long it would take, I would have just left and all would have been well. Furthermore, after they had my prescription ready, they didn't even call me, it wasn't until I approached them asking when it would be done that they gave it to me without even an apology. Rude AND incompetent. Would never come here again.

Just drive a little more to go to the Baulkham Hills Chemist Warehouse or go to the Chemist on the other side.

It's very cramped, however the deals and prices are phenomenal. They offer promo Revelon nail polish at $2, I am sure you know at any other store the prices bunk up to $15 at least. The perfumes are in abundance, and there is always a helpful staff member ready to help.

Amazing variety of products. The store itself is very unfriendly to shop but this is the formula- lots of products at attractive prices. Watch however it is not always the cheapest with prescriptions. Trolleys will help as you go to shop bulk. A bit of a smile at the cashier will also help.
