Absolutely disgusting customer service from Damien Wright. I've purchased plumbing items here many times and all the people at the front counter have been great apart from Damien. He seems to be an extremely angry person who finds his job to be a major inconvenience. His first words once he made it to the counter were 'what do you want!' Each item I wanted to buy was as a huge disruption to his day. Tradelink, Reece, or even Bunnings would be a much better choice than having to 'upset' Damien.

Needing to fix a stiff mixmaster kitchen sink tap that is seven years old and not even bought from Cooks, I dealt with Roger. He went to great lengths to look into where I could get a replacement cartridge. He was able to arrange for me to get a replacement cartridge under warranty. So Cook's made nothing out of it. Great service! I have dealt with this company previously and have always received friendly and helpful assistance beyond what I receive elsewhere.

I required a ring spanner to tighten a flickmaster tap. The boys there were so friendly, courteous and helpful.
5 stars boys. Keep up the good effort.
