UPDATE - The response from the owner below shows all about the standards of hospitality. May be instead of your hostile response you should work better at what you charge for.
Original post - I am surprised at the good reviews. Worst food ever. Nothing tasted fresh and biryani lacked so much flavour. Chilli chicken was full of nothing but tomato ketchup gravy. So disappointing.response / report this review -

I know these place very delicious biryani and other items too.. lots of people who like there food don't review and 1 customer who won't like he definitely review. Because of that the rating is less. But they have lots of customer who used to order every week and catering orders too.
