Love Consigners Closet! They have an amazing range and the atmosphere in the shop is so lovely and welcoming. I also love the website for when I can’t make it in! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for great quality designer pieces.

I was just told by a lady with 0 manners that you don't take 'those brands' I laughed and replied 'you do realise that Aquascutum is more expensive than the ones you have just listed out' tut tut ladieslearn your fashionand some manners. Money can't buy class but it can buy customer service courses.

Unfortunately Aquascutum is not a brand we consign often as it generally doesn't fit our demographic which is why our team member would've said we don't take that label. We always find it's best to be up-front over the phone so it doesn't waste your time coming in store. I'm sorry it's not the outcome you were hoping for. We'd love to welcome you to our store/online website where you can view the brands/styles that sell best for us for example; Zimmermann, Scanlan Theodore, Isabel Marant and Ganni just to name a few. My question: When I noted that Aquascutum was more expensive than the brands she listed she change her tune and said 'Come in'I should have put that statement in for clarity.

I'm sorry, but it was pure ignorance and arrogance by your staff member. They really need lessons in customer service. It is really letting your brand down.
