First my booking was cancelled due to obsolete credit card on my booking account. I fixed that and asked them to try again and call me if they had any further problems. We then got here one month later i was told my room was cancelled and there is no record of my contact. We were offered a room at 30 more with 2 beds. They said they would call when the room was ready. At 3.45 we still had no confirmation. Finally got to our room to find one bed only. I complained and got told that i got it all wrong and that room was another 70 and is now gone. I found that the manager angelina talks without listening i found her rude and condescending. I want to leave already. I will not return to this hotel. i stay in freo at least every 8 weeks.
My room (no. 10) was right next to a night club and next to the street. This meant hearing the bass banging till late night and also the noise from people walking by on the street. Led to very bad quality sleep. Reception said there was nothing they could do. If you're not partying in Freo, BOOK ELSEWHERE AND CHECK THE LOCATION FIRST!
Wifi is also slow/patchy. Room is clean and simple.
Check-out time is 10am, which is way too early for this price point.
WiFi was awful here, pretty much unusable. Rooms clean and well kitted out, starting to get a bit tired.
An average hotel in a great location in Fremantle.
The rooms are nothing special, very simple and functional which is good for a short business stay.
The hotel has no gym or on-site restaurant, so the breakfast is at a Cafe about 50 metres away. The internet here is terrible, so don't expect to be able to do anything that requires any voice or video.
The reception was really friendly and helpful and greeted us warmly.
Centrally located, friendly reception, clean room, very comfortable bed. Only issue is many powerpoints were defective so couldn't plug in my electronic devices at many power outlets in various parts of the room.
Overall, clean, comfortable and good value. The lady on reception 26/06/17 was extremely pleasant, welcoming and informative. I love that this location us so close to eateries, shopping and my favourite second hand bookshop. My pedantic customer comment: Check dust on top of bathroom mirrors.
Dated establishment, bed head was peeling, car park ($30/night) is under the hotel (5) and very tight to get in and out. Bed was comfy and Phil was very helpful during my 9pm arrival.
Very convenient to tourist spots.
Great location & it can be nice and quiet if you can arrange a room in the back. If you do get a room facing the street be prepared to stock up on earplugs due to the noise from the pub across the road. The rooms are a bit dated but otherwise comfortable. Also it's cheaper to go for the discounted parking option in Collie St (3 minute walk) than trying to get one of the limited carparks at the hotel. Other than that, it's a brilliant location to take in as much of Fremantle's amazing food, craft beer & entertainment venues as you can.
Great clean and cheap
Neat and tidy and the service I got was great
